Awful experience with return. Scheduled delivery refused to pick up parcel stating it was too big.
Rescheduled to pick up at different location but wrong parcel picked up and delivered to Panda warehouse. Numerous correspondence and eventually claimed parcel lost.

List over £150 pounds. Do not do online orders . Poor customer service

Panda pillows are great for a restful, comfortable sleep and for better neck alignment for adults, I definitely recommend the 10cm (adolescent) pillow rather than the deeper adult pillow. The bedding is very nice too. Service and delivery are very efficient.

The mattress topper slips to one side every night, sometimes the elasticated straps flip off the mattress underneath. Also it is much firmer than I was hoping for after surgery, post op chronic pain for 20 months now, hence trying to improve comfort.
