Such a lovely comfy topper . Arrived within 48 hours
Needs at least 12 hours to airplump but so worth it.
Placed on top of brand new mattress that was so uncomfy without this fabulous topper

"Mattress protector is not silent from the start, but promised it would be better later"

I bought two mattress protectors but was unhappy that they were not silent. I reached out to customer service, and at first, it was not a good experience, but they reached out to me for a second time. The mattress protector should be better after washing them. I haven't tried it yet, so I will keep it three stars until then, and hopefully, washing over time will make it better. I liked that the customer service was trying to help, but I hoped they would add this information to their website so customers would not feel disappointed initially.

Excellent delivery and communication , We've used the topper for 20 nights now but I'm not convinced it's a better comfy night sleep as I still have problems with my arthritis in my hip but my husband says he's more comfortable , we have used are original topper underneath as we found the Panda topper not quite thick enough for our weight . Fingers crossed it could be because I'm not used to it and things will improve given time 🤞🙏
