Great customer service leading up to delivery and very helpful when I needed to change the date. Delivery drivers were rude and just dumped the mattress in the lounge, leaving me to struggle to carry it up the stairs. Mattress is very comfortable, a little too firm but very supportive on my back and I’m getting used to it.

I am absolutely in love with my new mattress topper!!
Super speedy delivery, I purchased late on Thursday evening and it was delivered early Saturday morning.
It was well packaged and came with a cute little booklet telling me all about the topper.
The first night I didn't feel the full effects as it hadn't fully taken shape after being boxed up, but the second night it was BEAUTIFUL to sleep on!
If you're wanting something cosy, but supportive, that you can just melt into but not feel 'sucked in', this is definitely the topper you need!
I spent a lot of time researching mattresses and toppers due to my fibromyalgia, and this did not disappoint!
It is 100% worth the money!
And now I want the pillows and duvet too 😂

I've just spent a fortune on new mattress AND all of the accessories, duvet, Topper etc etc.
I've been sent the mattress but none of the accompanying goods.
I've had to chase them up as there was no information provided.
We're now having to sleep on the sofa whilst we wait. There seems to be no resolution in sight.
I went with Panda and was happy to spend the money as I thought I'd get a great service. This is not the case at all.
