"Pillow case very thin"

Pillow case very thin, I can see through it the Panda logo of the Pillow itself.
Panda customer service contacted me very promptly to discuss my concerns. I appreciate the environmental concerns of the company. I have Panda pillow which I find very comfortable.

My husband and I are in our early 70s.My husband is disabled and unable to use his legs very much.The mattress is a lot firmer than We expected.He is unable to get comfortable in bed due to unable to turn over easily.Because the mattress doesn't give to flexibility,it is too hard for Him.He persevered for 10 days but the firmness of the mattress is too much pressure on his legs,,and have taken the topper back off.So We are going to return the mattress.We are sorry for this.The mattress is really good,suitable for others but just not suitable for Us.Thank You Mrs Patricia Hodder
