Not impressed with the fact that I requested a return on the duvet and the plastic coated mattress protector about 3 weeks ago and I still don't have a return label despite multiple follow ups. So much for customer service..

I own panda hybrid pillows and a super king panda mattress topper. These products are both amazing. I usually have to change pillows every six months as they lose their support and it’s hard for me to find a comfortable pillow due to being a stomach sleeper.
The panda pillow isn’t just comfortable, I’ve had it for two years now and it’s still going strong.

As for the mattress topper, it’s like sleeping on a cloud but it also offers amazing support and my back issues have disappeared since I have it.
I’m definitely going to buy more panda products because they’re amazing and worth every penny.

But also, their customer service is courteous and helpful and that to me is definitely added value to an already superior range of products.

"Panda pillows not for everyone, remember 30 day refund period...."

I bought 2 panda pillows (adult size) on the strength of some reviews I read online, as being a good memory foam pillow.

The pillow is quite solid and is different to most pillows as it nestles in between your head, shoulder and mattress. It is a firm rounded edge, rather than a sloping edge. Initially I found this pillow comfortable and supportive, especially if sleeping on my side. After a number of weeks, I started to develop a painful neck. The height of the pillow was a bit too high for me.

I had also bought a child's Panda pillow for my granddaughter and started to use this for myself. This one is a better size for me and comfortable.

I did contact Panda, as I wondered if I could swap one of my adult size pillows for another child's one. To be honest I had gone over the 30 days returnable period, I hadn't noticed the 30 days when I purchased the pillows. I got no response.

What I would say, is that these pillows are a different experience and it would seem by reviews well liked by some people. Be aware of the 30 day refundable period. Also if you have a smaller frame the child size my be a better fit.

I’ve become quite evangelical about my wonderful new bamboo mattress topper. We encountered them for the first time on a recent trip to Australia and I bought one from Panda as soon as we got back. It’s exquisitely comfortable and luxurious and has definitely helped my insomniac husband. Two friends have recently bought one on my recommendation. Fast and efficient delivery process too.
