My wife and I purchased new bikes and although theses are beautiful bikes my wife wanted to get a seat a little bit more comfortable for our rides. The bike manufacturer did not have anything we wanted and after an extensive search I found SixThreeZero. My wife saw the Extra Cush Curved Wing Extra Large Comfort Seat and wanted to try it out. We received the seat, put it on the bike, took it for a test drive, and that was all it took! This is truly the most comfortable bike seat we ever had on a bike. My wife can ride miles on our city bike trails and never get uncomfortable or sore like other seats we have had on our bikes - what a great product this seat is that we purchased from SixThreeZero. I tried this seat too and bought one for my bike and now our rides are so much more fun! Thank you SixThreeZero!

"Controller issues but they corrected it"
Ordering and receiving my evryjourney electric bike was acceptable. Unfortunately, it arrived with a faulty controller so I was unable to set up the bike to my preferences. Sixthreezero customer service worked hard to get me a new controller so a month after receiving the bike I can finally ride it safely. KD58C, get your o troller instructions online from KD58C as the little pamphlet included with the bike was inadequate.

"WE paid almost 4,000.00 for a rickshaw…"
WE paid almost 4,000.00 for a rickshaw bike. It was so easy to order and pay without an issue lol. We rode the bike one time for about 20 minutes and almost got into two accidents. The bike it too powerful for my 56 yr old husband. We ran into the street twice because was difficult to control. We contacted the company in order to send bike back as per their policy and they have refused to give us a return label or proper instruction on how to return it including the address of where to ship it back to. We were willing to pay the price to ship it back. We have no other choice but to get legal council. We live in Florida and recommend buying a bike in your town to avoid issues like these. Consumer beware.

"We have had it with this brand"
We have had it with this brand, and caution is advised for consideration. We had purchased 2 Sixthreezero e-bikes 3 years ago, and we have had many costly replacements. We have concluded the cheapest products were initially installed with these bikes and some of the most expensive batteries replacements are required.
Brake calipers, brakes and brake line cables all replaced with much better. Tires and tubes cheap garbage. Carrier rack and kick stand replaced.
We even hade to upgrade all the spokes to a thicker gage because the spokes kept breaking. These spoke replacements were especially expensive upgrades.
We do have 5K miles on each of our Six Three Zero Bikes, but the upgrades were early on before we upgraded with much better replacement products. We basically purchased a frame and motors. The batteries are the last straw for us. The bikes were originally delivered with one battery each, we have gone through three more batteries which were once $350.00 and are now we are finding $500.00 each.
They do not even recycle or refurbish the batteries. So, $500 each for more. NO WE WILL NOT!!! We are now researching changing these battery packs to an alternative too!!!

"Controller does't work, dangerous for old folks like me!"
Customer service was terrible. I called, left messages, emailed, tried unsuccessfully to use their chat feature. I was unable to access the settings menu since none of the pin numbers they gave me worked. I was looking for a bike that had pedal ASSIST, not something that would take over as soon as I started pedaling!! I don't know if I can change this in settings because I can't get into settings. This bike is dangerous for an older person to ride the way it is set up at the moment! I feel I was sent a faulty bike or at least the controller is a lemon! (KD58C)
I am disappointed since, as a shorter person, I like the size and the forward pedals because I can finally put my feet on the ground.

From searching the website all the way to receiving my bike, I had a great experience with sixthreezero. There were shipping/manufacturing delays and they did a great job compensating me for the inconvenience. Since receiving my bike, I have enjoyed it immensly. I feel it was juast as advertised and has been just what I was looking for. The support has been second to none. Would definately recommend this company and their product to friends and family.
