Avoid this truly awful service. It's inaccurate, unreliable and not fit for purpose. The staff are unresponsive, rude and uncaring. It deserves to lose business to its rivals. Try: Cision, Meltwater, Brandwatch, Prezly, Muck Rack, and Upfluence.

Sadly the service is so unreliable . Very slow to return emails also . Accessing data for reporting should be an easy process Onclusive make everything an effort and it just doesn't seem to get better..........they do not take criticisms on board and act on these .

Onclusive does not know what customer service is. They ignore emails and you have to ask them so many times for Media coverage emails. This could be because of their poorly handled never ending Data Center migrations and/or redundancy of their experienced UK staff for new low paid Indian staff. Avoid Onclusive like the plague, there are other far more deserving companies that provide better services at better prices.
