Generator delivered to wrong address.

I wanted to return Generator and I was informed that it costs £60 to do.

Company offered exchange, but I wanted a refund, which they are legally bound to do so, minus £60.

I thought about raising a complaint with PayPal and the company sent me their terms and conditions.

The most helpful way of dealing my issue is to highlight via social media.

Purchased a Hyundai pressure washer a couple of years ago from Generators direct which arrived promptly in perfect working order. Unfortunately it’s developed a fault since and I contacted the company for some assistance. Abbey Access (I guess a part of generators direct) then took on my case and have been fantastic in helping me get back up and running. Special shout out to James, Sam and Rhiannon who have worked together to communicate with Hyundai and offered me several options. Great companies who obviously care about their customers and offer an exceptional after service. Thank you to all of you.

Mail order company trading off backorders so be very wary of stock information on the site. Generally evasive and very unhelpful, but seem to be taking full advantage of the demand and shortage of generators in the UK. Seen a lot of these types of businesses pop up to and take orders for stuff they dont have!

""Price promise" a lie"

Called about a price match for an identical product, had to call 3 times to finally get an answer that they refused to match it because they wouldn't make enough profit on the item. So their "Price Promise - If you discover a product that includes, as standard, features and benefits comparable to those of any Generators-Direct.co.uk products, we promise to match their price." is a complete lie. Don't advertise for a service you're not willing to provide.
