The officer was pleasant and the follow up information and copies of paperwork were asked for in a polite manner. Very soon i had my preapproval letter which made it easier to find a house in my range and the owner knew I was a serious buyer. Once the offer was made and accepted, the closing date was actually moved up a week which was a very pleasant surprise. Insight loans could not have done better.
