The online platform allowed me to easily share information regarding our site and the proposed locations of the EV chargers without lengthy site visits. Dan and Callum were extremely helpful and always responded quickly when I had a question or needed to make any amendments. Engineers who attended site were friendly and knowledgeable and completed the work with minimal disruption to our operation. When some short delays occurred with delivery of hardware communication was always clear so we knew what to expect at every step”.

The Service I had from the whole Team at Energise from my initial enquiry to the Installation was absolutely fantastic. The installer Abdul Wali arrived ontime and completed the Job without any mess or fuss - he took time to run through the mobile app and getting the best from the EV Charger

Terrible customer service - wasn't helpful or knowledgeable regarding simple issue of getting meters exchanged.

Poor work done - engineer left "A code" on electric meter. 4 visits before everything was resolved.
