I used Pallet2Ship to send a pallet of goods to each of Singapore and Hong Kong from the UK. The pallets arrived safe and sound and on time. "THIS IS A WARNING"

THIS IS A WARNING. I booked a parcel(online) to ship outside the UK on 20/2/2025. With Parcellink The cost was £190.76 that is £80 more than any other shipper I have had quotes from.When I attempted to check on the progress of my booking I found myself dealing with "Palllet2Ship" (Same telephone number). When I tried to get details the female on the telephone hung up on me. I called back and spoke to a male. I asked why I had shipped with one company and was dealing with another. He said we are the same company. I spent several more days trying to get sense from someone on my parcel being collected. I was informed that the labels were being prepared and my parcel would be collected the next day. Within an hour I was informed by email that my shipment had been cancelled, due to the fact that there shipper does not ship to Russia. Baring in mind they had accepted the booking and where well aware of the destination. When I asked for a refund the shenanigans started in earnest. Endless, emails, telephone calls and conversations with arrogant teenagers. Last week my bank reversed the original payment of £190.76. This is a cynical, dishonest and thoroughly awful company. Do yourself a really big favour & stay well clear of them. They are a disgrace. NB, Pallet 2 ship claim below that they refunded my card. This is a lie, after waiting several weeks and being fobbed off like an idiot with excuses & promises, my bank reversed the original payment.
