I recently purchased from Checks SuperStore 2 sets of checks - one was a personal account and another was a business account, Because one account had a different format in listing the checking account number on the bottom of the check, I had to call customer service to ensure that I was able to get the check printed in the format that my bank would accept. The customer service agent was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. Both sets of checks were perfect - exactly as I ordered, and arrived in a timely manner. I will be doing business again with Checks SuperStore.

"Unwanted Product Sold"

Check Superstore met its deadlines. However, I requested the checks forms to fit in a six ring checkbook and received not only the six ring check forms, but they also sent a six ring check binder book, that I specifically never ordered and of course they charge me for it. I did not bother sending it back and just ate the loss. It was not businesslike to send me a product I never ordered and charge me it.

I wasn't able to reorder a really old order directly on the website - even though I could see it - but the customer service rep was very helpful and the re-order was easily placed.
