"Arrived late in mangled.postage envelope"

I have received other checks in an envelope inside an envelope so they were totally safe, These checks came later than expected in a mangled postage envelope from the post office.

"Weird shaped address labels"

Not what I would term a lot of friction but certainly inadequate. I would term my experience as dissatisfied with product. The address labels were not what I expected in terms of shape. These are too square, i prefer a rectangle sized to cover most standard envelope lines for return address. Trustpilot has nothing to address that portion of business contact in the above Star rating system. If you wonder why your response is not what you would wish from contacts such as myself know that the rating system you have concerns personality contact more than product contact.
