I have been using Global Shopaholics since 2020. I have had multiple shipments come over the years. In August-September 2023, trusting them I ordered my biggest selection of items ever costing almost 800-900 USD. I ordered around 7 packages containing over 17-18 items all delivered at different times as per amazon and other vendors.
They weren't being updated on the Global Shopaholics website for quite sometime and hence I contacted customer care. Got no proper response at first and had to follow up. I was initially in touch with William Smith. Then they asked for tracking and other details of the 7 packages which I shared.
After long delays only 2 packages were found in October. Instead of William Smith now a Max Willson was responding. He asked for details again. He found only two packages out 7 packages thus 5 amazon packages containing 15-16 items were still missing. I asked about the rest got no response for a while and instead of using the chain mail for details they would just ask to share details again & again. I had shared the delivery receipts too.
I followed up multiple times and eventually they said that 5 packages out of 7 were never delivered and complain to the seller. They claimed this inspite of me sharing delivery receipts. Max wanted me to get my refund from the seller 3-4 months after my purchase. I followed up further but as of now they have stopped responding.
Its not 1 or 2 items but 5 packages containing 15-16 items that they have lost or as some users suggested this company stole those items. It seems such instances have been reported before as well.
I patiently waited 3-4 months for a resolution but nothing has happened. I asked them to reimburse the lost packages worth (443.72 USD) but no response or resolution. They have been harassing me and testing my patience all this time. I would highly advise NOT to go with them and actively make others aware. I was their Diamond category member but this is the treatment I got. Some of the items my friends had ordered trusting me but this is what has happened. They are thieves indeed.

I have been with globalshopaholics since 2021. So far the service is good. customer service support is usually good via facebook instant messenger, they also have a whatsapp line which really helps.
I think pricewise globalshopaholics provides more competitive pricing for freight and services compared to myus for example.
Photos of the outside of the package are taken but there is not service (that I am aware of) that provides photos of the content of the packages.

Their customer support is basically non-existant, and their website is very hard to use. Terrible service overall.
