Disappointed and utterly frustrated. Before signing up for an account I came to trustpilot and saw 4.1 score. Don't make the same mistake. A package was delivered on my name to their warehouse 3 days ago and still nobody entered it in the system. The last 3 days I have been contacting them , at least you must wait 30-45 minutes to chat with someone. The only time I was successful to reach someone I was told "I forward your message to the right department". Nothing happens a day later.

If you look at the reviews they are made by fake users (1 review or 2 reviews history) Thinking a human dealing with this company would take the time to come to trustpilot and give it a 5 star review is just fantasy.
