I had ordered a pair of the seamless butt scrunch shorts in my normal size not knowing they recommend sizing up for seamless apparel. The scrunch part of the shorts ended up ripping when I went to put them in after only a few wears. The customer support staff were really nice and responded quickly and gave me options for a solution as the pair I had ordered were no longer in stock. They also made me aware of the recommendation to size up for any of their seamless collections!
