After wearing them for the first time, most of the items developed defects, which was unexpected given the price I paid. Unfortunately, this experience led me to stop purchasing from the brand, as the quality did not meet my expectations.

I decided I wanted to exchange an item for a different color but the website was not allowing me to do so. I contacted customer service and received an AI generated response which was not helpful, but a real person contacted me afterward and straightened everything out. They assisted me with the exchange and I received an email saying that my new item has shipped. Thank you TLF!
