If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would. I requested a return label for some shorts my partner had bought for me, but customer support told me the shorts had already been returned and refused to issue a refund, claiming they had marks on them. The photos they sent me, however, showed a completely different pair of shorts than the ones I purchased! I then sent them clear pictures of the actual shorts, which were in perfect condition, but they continued to argue with me.
It’s not just about not getting a refund—what’s worse is that they falsely claimed I had already returned the shorts when I hadn’t, despite my initial request being for a return label in the first place. It’s a frustrating experience that feels completely disregarded. Very disappointing, TLF. Do better!
