A top quality light unit had been damaged in transit. A couple of photos & a quick email to David were all that was required to trigger a replacemnt sent out directly from the manufacturer with next day delivery.

I've had deliveries from them where they have personally dropped the items off and spent time on site interested in the project, materials there when they said they will be and IF a mistake happens it's resolved very quickly. The rapport I've built with the team there is brilliant especially Chris, who you can have a laugh with and has even answered the phone out of hours to help.
