I ordered the small diamond and keychain. I was happy with the diamond, I loved it. But honestly I was as pleased with the keychain. It has a blemish in middle of it, the light doesn’t stay on you have to hold it done and it was quite expensive for the size.

I ordered the heart ornament. Unfortunately the picture was placed too high. When I emailed my disappointment the company responded immediately. I was asked to send a picture. They agreed, repositioned the picture and mailed me the new one. No hassle at all! Great customer service and beautiful product reasonably priced. I will definitely order again.

I feel ripped off...
I placed my order at Baybrook Mall in Friendswood, Texas. And the lady was nice but did not give me enough information about their policy. All orders are final! they do not accept excanges or any changes to your order after the order has been placed. When I got home I looked for more options online and there are way better (lower) prices online and they even offered the light for free with your purchase. I wish I'd have done a research first and would have saved a few hundred dollars...
