I ordered three replacement pars for the DragonX Power Partybar, and one of the pars arrived broken. However, I did reach out to the support team and they refunded my money. I was disappointed with the quality control of their products, but it worked out because I had ordered the 3rd par as a spare.

Excellent experience with the company and product. I recently purchased the "4 Gig Bar LED DJ Lighting System with Carry Bag". I purchased it through Lighting Geek website as the price was better than that on Amazon's. I realized after placing the order that the item may not arrive on time for my event. I reached out and they went above and beyond. They made sure that I received the LED Bar 2 days prior to my event. Exceptional.
The LED bar itself is of excellent quality, easy to use, easy to transport!! and easy to set up. I run an Event Rental Business. This Bar has already paid for itself with the numerous clients that have reserved and love it. No, I am not getting paid to give this review. I am grateful for this companies quick response and attention to customer.
