Easy to order website and customer service was great as well. The o ly reason I deducted a star is because some of my items were on pre order with no delivery date. It was standard things like a motherboard and cpu fan so I couldn't understand why there wasn't an eta on them. I ended up ordering them from somewhere else and amending my order

Second time I used Overclockers, The first I had to cancel an order which went very smooth and had no issues and this time I bought a GPU. Even tho when I placed the order I had missed the next day delivery somehow my card arrived the next day!! I did pay for express before 10 in the morning delivery but I don't think this was the reason I got it next day. Anyway very happy and I will not hesitate to order from Overclockers again in the future. Also the option to use Amazon pay makes things easier and faster. Thank you

The shipping company you used (DHL) caused me issues. The parcel with goods worth £1800 was left unattended in front of my door. I had to organise someone to pick the parcel up while I was at work to ensure it was not stolen by an opportune thief. Parcels which this kind of value need to have delivery options where it can be picked up rather than dumping it in fronof the door and sending a picture saying „your parcel was delivered“.
