In a world where we often get a lot of “sorry, the system won’t let me change that” or “I’d love to sort this out but I can’t” it’s refreshing to get a proper, helpful customer service team who are willing to make an effort to help!
I’ll DEFINITELY be buying stuff off them in the future, safe in the knowledge that they actually care about customers.

Excellent customer service. I mistakenly provided an old delivery address which I no longer have access to.

I simply emailed customer service and they made sure the warehouse team was aware of the issue. Within a few hours, they retrieved the package and sent it to my new address.

I'd highly recommend them!

Product still says preparing to dispatch even though they have sent it. It has still not arrived. Communication is awful and cannot track on Royal Mail. Will not be ordering from them again.
