Great service, got on the website easily and they had accurate stock info. Ordered my RAID enclosure, and post was free. I was due to buy elsewhere but they wanted to charge for postage and hiked the price at the last minute blaming the weak pound! Datastore I'm looking at you. These guys haven't and we're great.

The Nomad watch strap was defective (an issue with Nomad, not Megamac). Josephine’s communication was fantastic and a new strap was sent out very quickly.
