The truth....I have all my life except for the last five years have always have an instructors of real peoples...I find videos are not as personal....Yes I can rewind back it up..but for me the connection isn't the same...But the course was good...I have been in the field for many of years and have seen many of the incidents first hand.....

Outdated content, low engagement. This is the 2020s, not the 1990s.
