"Never experienced service like this before!"

I am writing this review with a smile on my face after working with a truly great company, Life Source Water Systems. Having never heard of them prior to purchasing our whole house water filtration system and water softener, I found them online and decided to have them quote our project. Once I reached out and set an appointment, our experience from start to finish was EXCEPTIONAL. From the sales consultant who came to our home and shared the Life Source products to installation and follow up, every step of the way was a positive interaction that exceeded my expectations. In today's world, this is rare! Through my experience, I also found Life Source Water Systems to be a service oriented company that was here for us, long after the sale. When we had questions and even needed service, our requests were met with honest answers and a problem solving mindset from everyone we interacted with. Our installer, Joe, took the time go the extra mile with the installation of our products. The end-result was a super clean installation and a highly effective system that has totally transformed the water that comes into our home. My thanks to Joe, Jason and everyone at this great company! It was a pleasure working with you and I can't thank you enough for your outstanding work!

"I’ve had LifeSource 5 years plus love it!!!"

I’ve had LifeSource 5 years plus now. A friend referred me to them ( she had it more than 10 years I believe and just up graded after seeing mine) my water tastes wonderful and is so clear. I “no longer” have cloudy water, with a chemical smell. I have referred them to another friend and she too is happy with her system. When ever I have question my representative Jonathan is right there to help me. Now that is so rare these days.

Great company that has been around for a long time. If you are looking for a great, whole house water system, look no further. The cost over 15 to 20 years of the life of this system will out weigh any water system that continually needs products to be purchased monthly. The salesman I dealt with was not pushy and explained everything about the system. No regrets purchasing the Life Source system and am enjoying its many benefits...from washing clothes to making coffee!

I also had 2 of the most efficient installers - they were quick and clean!

Jimmy came out this morning and very quickly diagnosed the minor problem with my system and fixed it. I have thankfully not needed much service over the 17 years I’ve had the system; when I do, the company is very thorough and professional in helping me.

"Chose Life Source System For 2nd Time!"

We just replaced our original Life Source system that was installed in 2002, 17 years ago with a new unit. I originally selected Life Source after a lot of research and decided it provided the best option to provide healthier and better tasting water. Prior to our original purchase we stayed at a vacation home that had a well known water softener that uses salt, but didn’t like the water taste from faucet, and it left a slippery residue after a shower. This type of water softener also doesn’t remove contaminants like chlorine, chloramine, pesticides and chemicals. Our Life Source filtration removes these contaminants, retains most of the needed minerals, provides great tasting drinking water from faucets, and showers leave hair and skin feeling clean with no residue feeling.

A side benefit has been the added service time to our water heater and faucets. We replaced our water heater at the same time when installed original Life Source unit in 2002, and it is still working 17 years later with no issues. We remodeled our downstairs bathroom in 2018, and the original builder grade faucet was replaced that still worked with no problem.

The installation yesterday went very smooth, and Gabriel arrived on time, removed the old unit and installed the new Life Source unit in 90 minutes. He worked very efficiently, and moved the new unit 5” to the left in order to allow enough room to install a large 8” thick” HVAC filter for Furnace. He also showed me how to manually control the backflush, and change the time that controls the automatic backflush feature. The new unit works great just like the original.

"Happy with our LifeSource product"

My wife and I are extremely pleased with our decision to have a whole house water filter and conditioner installed. Our neighbor told us that she was glad she had LifeSource install a unit last year. The entire process was a snap.Matt, the regional sales rep, gave us a low key presentation and Scot installed it a few days later. We are so relieved that we don't have to buy salt and I've removed my counter top filter.We get great water from the taps and our dishwasher is losing some of the calcium deposits. We are very happy with the service and the product.

This system is the BEST! The water taste so good. Also I feel my skin is so smooth after we have this system. I would recommend to everyone.

This is the second system that we have put in. We had another one while we were in California. Obviously we are very happy with the water taste and quality and have enjoyed the descaler. It does appear as though they have made some changes to that product since the one we bought in California as it seems to be doing an even better job with hard water spots.

My wife and I recently bought a LifeSource whole house filtration and softener system and it's amazing! We live in San Ramon where the water is hard and unpleasant (as well as unhealthy) to drink. The LifeSource system instantly transformed our house into a giant water cooler where you could drink fresh clean water from any faucet in any room. The water tastes so good that I swear they are putting something in it. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of product and the exceptional service I have received from Erik and his team. Very professional and very responsive. Hands down, LifeSource was the best purchase we made for our new house.
