My biggest question is, how can I tell the Lifesource Water System is working? I invested a lot of money, but I'm never sure if the machine is doing anything.

"THE WORST SERVICE ..ALWAYS!!!!!!"
If we could give you negative stars we would. No returned calls even with a promise of 24 hours returned call. Then when I called to follow up a week later....we were told someone would call within an hour...well it's been two days...no call! This is not the first time we have experienced this. Would appreciate a call from the President of the company. We have spent a fortune on equipment that does not perform!

"The most effective, convenient pure water system ever."
I have used three different water purifying systems. LIfeSource is by far the most effective, salt-free, trouble-free system of any I know of. Once installed it extremely convenient. I only have to change the filter every few months, and even then it may not need it. It is soooo nice to be able to drink directly from the faucet without impurities or chlorine taste. I highly recommend it.

When we first bought our home in Windermere back in late 2013 we immediately knew we did not want to drink the water coming from the tap. The ice from the ice maker changed the taste of whatever drink we put it in. You could even smell the chlorine in the water from the city water system
Our LifeSource Water System has changed all that now. Easy installation and we soon wished we had ordered the system earlier. No salt to add, system just flushes itself every couple weeks. Ice is clear and the water tastes great !!

Every time I have had a problem with the unit, I've been treated quickly and courteously. In addition, the information given addressed problems with my older unit. They have always been accurate and just detailed enough. Followup from the service agent has also been excellent. In fact, this survey request reminds me I need to replace the sediment filter ring (gasket) on the filter container. I'll bet they have it or can tell me where to get one. The only issue with LifeSource is the age/longevity of the unit, but I'm happy to keep on repairing it. Overall I'm happy with LifeSource!

Once the salesman sold the system that was the last I heard from him. He has never checked back to see if any problems. After spending over $3,500, a courtesy call would be appreciated.
The installation and the plumber did a great job in a short period of time and cleanup was exceptional. Sanderson Plumbing is very efficient.

"Don't understand this!!?!??"
Have had my water system for over two years now and it has performed perfectly with no problems or issues. Just have to change filters occasionally which takes about two minutes. I have the back rinse water plumbed into the yard drain system, so I don't even know the unit is there. Would recommend this product ( and have ) to anyone.
