One company marketed the house plan Houseplan.com
A second company sent the contract Zonda.
A third company I had to pay for modifications Lifestyle.
A fourth company sent me the modification contract WTR, and the plan number did not match on the documents each company has its own plan number. Then I was contacted and told I own more money for materials list after my email quote stated it was included. I paid in full and still waiting for modified plans so far have not received any product from any of the 4 companies involved.

Just the fact that the person taking care of the order called me and the next day he took my call and finished what we couldn’t do the first day meaning he didn’t drop the ball. I so much appreciate that also he didn’t do what others do your competitors do try too tell you what you can’t afford. He’s a keeper thanks!!!!!!!!
