I ordered flawless foundation that I saw on pinterest I paid £24.99 but was getting a deal which was 3 for that price,that was on the 29th jan they took money out of bank straight away but I'm still waiting and if u say flawless online ain't the people I should be talking to then why does it always seem to come back to u,after Googling your number it comes back to flawless.....not happy 🤬

DO NOT order from this company. It took over a month to get the product. I bought the 5 in 1 hot air styler, the Dyson dupe which did not work. I requested a refund which was denied. The company requested I send a video of me using the product and I did. I even had the tutorial on that Flawless sent me and I was following that as I was recording me using the product. The response I received was that there is nothing wrong with the product and I should review the tutorials. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this company as I would not have. I would give this company a 0 star if I could.
Add on:
In the first email response from the company after sending them a video of me using the product, their response was I need to review the tutorial that the product worked fine.
I sent a response to the email where I was denied the refund. Their response this time to my email was that it is a hygiene product so they can’t take it back and this information is found on their website. Why would they have me go through making a video…
I was tricked into sending a video of me using the product.
This company is unethical and taking advantage of costumers.

Ordered over a month ago and have received messages days after I send that say there are delays for my product and a tracking number and a link to a website (different tracking site each time) and when they process they say no order has been generated for that tracking number. Going to get a charge back from the credit card because this doesn’t feel like it is a real product despite the online videos. Don’t Trust Flawless Days!

First I get an email saying there are no problems with my order and it should arrive on time. I click the tracking bottom. First thing to appear is "WHOOPS, one of our warehouses..ect ect ect ,lies lies lies.. your order will be late." NOW I read one this morning saying, " whoopsies again, lots of orders, longer wait"
Another company full of lies.
