I've been buying Totally Wicked products for the past fifteen years. In the early years I used to visit the Blackburn Headquarters, later I left Lancashire and moved to Yorkshire, where I occasionally buy from the Halifax store but, for the past eight years I have regularly used the mail order option to buy products and I can honestly say that I have never encountered better customer service, whether in person or online.
