BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AUGUMENTATIVE.
1st review:
I called to place a order for 7 fans. The male individual acted as if I was nuisance and was irritated with my questions. He provided misleading information indicating he would call me right back after I placed the order online. I wanted the call back to ensure on delivery, a signature was required because my deliveries in the past have been going to a similar address in Gilbert, AZ. THE CALLBACK NEVER CAME. And when I call him back he seemed further irritated. Never mentioned a $30 fee for the signature requirement.
In the past I have purchased numerous fans from this company, but will no longer make any further purchases from this company.
I called this company back and got the manager of customer service. This guy was rude and argumentative and was not interested in resolving my issues. I am returning the fans back to this company. I think this is a middle man company as every contact has been with the same individual. The pretend to be a large company but suspect they are not. They give good lip service but the service was HORRIBLE.

I couldn’t be happier with this smart ceiling fan! Installation was straightforward, and it instantly elevated the look of my room. The real magic, though, is in the smart features. I love being able to control the fan speed and light from my phone or with voice commands—super convenient, especially when I’m already in bed or have my hands full.
It runs whisper-quiet and does a fantastic job of circulating air, making the room feel cooler without blasting the AC. The scheduling feature is a bonus—I set it to turn on before I get home from work, and it’s always the perfect temperature.
Highly recommend if you want to upgrade your space with something sleek, modern, and functional!

"The fan works well when it finally works."
The fan works well, once it works. We have purchased two of the same fans--a white one about four months ago and a black one this month. Both fans had bad circuit boards that needed to be replaced. Once replaced--and you did a great job with that--the fans worked perfectly. It's just disappointing that the same problem occurred with both fans.

"SMAFAN Co Awesome - but Slow Delivery"
I would have given a 5 star review but gave only 4 based solely on slow delivery of my order. SMAFAN shipped expeditiously, however, it took about 2 weeks to get. Otherwise, website was great, and made ordering easy. I was very nervous because my ordered items were extremely fragile - four crystal light bulbs. EXCELLENT packaging by SMAFAN, so they arrived in perfect condition! So happy that SMAFAN had them in stock, as two other companies were completely sold out! Beautiful!

You asked me the right questions when needed….. The fans are pristine and what an upgrade to a second home - modern and classy. Easy access by phone … to staff or by email.

My order was delayed for weeks and I requested for them to send an extension rod and they never sent it even though he said he would send as a courtesy for the significant delay in shipping my fan. Stick to your word
