"Good product, awful customer service"

I ordered a canvas a picture of my sister's dog. It was a Christmas gift. Originally, I had an issue because there was a glitch on their website and after approving the Proof, they wanted to charge me again. I called, sent various emails and didn't receive a reply until a week later. They fixed the issue and everything was good.

Later, I received an email saying that if I left a testimonial, they would give me a $50 credit for their site. I left the testimonial and never received anything. I called them, sent them emails and never received a response.

Overall, good products, awful, borderline, non-existent customer service.

"Loving my 26x26 Wall Tapestry"

This is probably one of the coolest pieces of wall art i have seen in a long time! This is 100% Canvas and is 26x26 so it is a nice size! It is one picture that you send them electronically and they animate it into 4 different colored pictures.

Each corner has a grommet and they very nicely made and are very sturdy! I have mine hung behind me in my filming room for my youtube channel! You can get more than one person in the picture, but it will be an extra cost. There is also a few different Pop Art to choose from! I would Highly recommend checking out their website and everything they have to choose from!
