"Great seamless transaction"
My experience was good - I spent £950 on a used Dell Laptop which turned up on time exactly as described with no issues whatsoever.

"Terrible, Rude Customer Service"
I bought an Alienware M11X from this bunch, I was initially very satisfied. After a couple of months the hinges snapped. This is a known fault with this model, and Dell has been repairing them free of charge regardless of warranty status.
I emailed NDC with the problem, and sent them photo's. They told me that I wasn't covered because I must have abused it! This despite hundreds of other machines having identical problems, which has been fully acknowleged by Dell.
If I could, I would go directly to Dell, but NDC deliberately delete the service tags to prevent you from doing this.
They then had the audacity to quote me an extortionate price for repairs.
I treated this machine like a newborn and was furious with the implication that I had abused it. They are in clear violation of the Sale of Goods act, but I don't have time to pursue it in court at moment. I am taking legal advice however.
It seems like their business model is to sell the items cheap, but then to hold the customer to ransom if they have any problems. Needless to say, I won't be dealing with them again and advise everyone to stay clear!

"An entierly bad experience with NDC.co.uk"
I would avoid this company. I bought a Dell XPS17. The laptop went faulty after a week. I sent it back, they informed me that it had been repaired. When I received it, the exact same error was present, it hadn't been touched. I sent it back and asked for a refund, after which they informed me that the laptop had been repaired and was ready to be shipped. I had to tell them again that I wanted a refund. After 3 months of waiting and assurances that I would be refunded, I finally had to go through my credit card company to get the money from them. Though, they did respond in a timely fashion each time I requested an update, albeit with lies!
AVOID!

"Quality is good, but delivery sucks"
I bought a dell studio laptop an year before. I was frustrated by the delay in the delivery, even though its expensive. But I have no problem with the laptop there after.

"Bad service, bad laptop"
Got the laptop 4 days late due to cheap unreliable couriers, lost time at work waiting for it. Back up discs where missing and the computer kept crashing. When they arrived had to repair OS to fix crashing (not not so often) screen digitizer programme and drivers not installed had to locate on web an do it myself. Then power supply stopped working had to buy my own as it was cheaper and quicker than posting it to them and waiting for a repair. Rear usb not working, no response from customer services. "Good, but watch what your buying. Alienware recommended"
I recently bought and Alienware M17x r3. To begin with there was nothing wrong with the laptop and it still performs fine, but i have found a faulty pixel (green dot) that won't go away & i might need to end up getting the screen replace (I don't know how hard that will be with NDC's return to base warranty as i live in Australia). The computer is brilliant and nothing else is wrong with it, and for most people you wouldn't even notice it except i have minor OCD. The pixel only shows up when on a dark browser or game, and i have heard this happens with brand new LCD monitors, its just unfortunate i may need to pay $200+ to send it back. Overall from the reviews of other, i would recommend buying alienwares. From NDC's motto "leading suppliers of refurbished Alienwares in the UK" it seems that any other laptop has a slightly higher chance of having something wrong with it (i may be wrong since the reviews don't say the model of laptop). The M17x R3 is great when it comes to games running Skyrim, BF3 and other games like saints row the third, Garrys mod, CS:S etc. at a consistent 30+ FPS on high to Ultra settings. With fraps running i can easily record without lag at 25+ on High and With 3D enabled Medium settings 15+. The lighting is great, although the computer does get hot and i recommend a cooling stand. Every port works, Every button works, but i had a friend who bought a m15x who's Y key didn't work although somehow he got dell to fix it at home really fast with the fully backlit keyboard upgrade free, so i may need to talk to him and update my thoughs on NDC's warranty. I haven't tried out their customer services but there was something when i ordered the computer that delayed it by a week. When ordering the computer i didn't realize my address was unconfirmed so they sent me an email asking for a scanned copy of my credit card which i though was bizarre and completely crazy, so i refused. They then sent me an email again saying it was because of the Address. I then sent them another email saying again how silly it was and i refused again. 3 days later i got an email saying "sorry we sent you the wrong template email, please send us your drivers licence not your credit card" which i saw as reasonable, but that one mistake delayed my computer by at least a week. I recommend any Alienware laptop of NDC although i do suggest you do your research into buying other laptops from them because from what i see, other customers aren't too happy.

"Second rate junk and poor service"
My company bought 3 PC's from them of which 2 had to be sent back for repairs. The second one I havent been able to test as yet as they sent it to the wrong business address and they refused sort the problem out. To sum up: poor reconditioned products, poor communication and poor service - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

"Great prices great laptops"
Bought several laptops through eBay now and never had any problems. Always cheap and always arrive within a few days. If only other companies were as reliable
