"Canceled after one day"
Canceled after one day. (Changed my mind.) Mike responded saying canceled and was told sent to billing department for refund. Told would be 24-48 hrs before I would get email confirmation . Waited nothing. After10 days and they have stopped responding to my emails. Ignoring me. Filed fraud complaint with AG. Now posting on trust pilot.

Made contact only to ignore this experience. They said it would investigate but it wasn’t. In fact this company has a (F) rating with the BBB of Arizona. Many many complaints for this company not returning a refund. They are not a company that should be in business

Not worth the money sent back after 24 hrs of hearing load irritating noise sent back over night express since mid August 2023 here I am still waiting on my refund I don't get any feedback or any answers this company is robbing costumers of hard earn money on a medical device to make life better for us I've contacted BBB on helping me to retrieve my refund bossa company is selling trash and not honoring return refund policy I want my refund back order number #136454 it made so much noise hurt my ears when I put it on it was like a guitar against a amplifier hard uncomfortable noise

I should have known not to trust this company when ordering it would not let me hit the “pay” button until I pressed “Priority Processing” 2 weeks later, no tracking. I called 5 times. Put on hold. Press 5 and we will call you back. Finally Pam answered. I said I have no tracking. What’s my tracking number. No, it’s not shipped due to high demand. She offered to refund my priority processing, I said no. You have lied about too many things! I know I won’t get a refund AT ALL! I’m calling my bank to get a charge back in this scammer company.

Tried them out and they were very uncomfortable and didn’t work for me. Returned them per instructions. They said they received them and were waiting on billing. Don’t buy these unless you want to keep them. False advertising about return policy

Read Warranty. No refund if the volume rotating switch breaks or does not perform. My Bossa lasted about 3 weeks and volume switch broke.

While the quality of the product may or may not meet your expectations, their do not deliver on their promise for a refund. I have been trying for 3 months to get my refund even after many emails showing they have received and agree that I am due a refund. They keep saying they will escalate but have (I believe purposely) dragged their feet so my credit card company will not get involved.
DO NOT PURCHASE!!
