Asked them to cancel an order that accidentally went through after only 5 minutes. Took them several days to respond and they proceeded to ship the order. Customer service told me to refuse the shipment to receive a refund. Still waiting on the refund.

I'm waiting for refund in two amounts. One for $63.60 and one for $190.74. These were for order #76592. I was told this was cancelled on 2/9/23. But credit has not been done on my account.

My actual order has been received and that order is ok.

The hearing aid was purchased for my 99 year old mother who is very pleased with the product and the service.

I didn’t get to use the product till mid January. I purchased it in December. The sound did not sound right Almost like a plugged ear. Wrote company and they told me return days were over. Also I paid extra for a better aid. I thought they were smaller. Guess not. Would not tell people to buy but wouldn’t tell them not to

The rubber pieces are too large for my ears so they fall out when I am talking or eating.
Is there a smaller size that will stay in my ear?
