"Good idea wrong company and wrong device"

Good idea. But they lost my order and it took 3.5 months to arrive, not 5days. Despite multiple calls and emails to their support team. When it finally arrived (after my trip for which it was ordered), it worked great...one time. Thereafter, we cannot hear anything despite adjusting the volume on cell phone and on the device. I contacted support and they said they'd contact their team and reach out and...nobody did. Then I tried again and again, no answer from them so its essentially useless.....

Just like Chris I wanted 1 device and was shipped and charged for 4. After 2 attempts to return at my expense the unwanted units sat in Germany for weeks and were returned to me as dangerous goods. I have repeatedly contacted Enence by phone and email to receive an auto response saying return team would contact me within 24 hrs. That was over 2 weeks ago and NOTHING. Beware of this company!!

I only wanted one device, but at the moment of checkout I was charged for 4 devices, 4 batteries, and 4 extended warranties.
I notified the company immediately and was advised that it as too late and to just send back the unwanted devices. I had to send them to Germany. There they languished for weeks as undeliverable. I think I was given a phony return address. Today the devices came back to me and i still out the money I was charged for 3 unwanted devices. This is a corrupt company
