"Don't know if I can take this again !!"

This product worked a little "too well". I followed the instructions as directed, but instead of having 3-5 watery movements the next day, I had more like 7-8. I stopped counting after 5-6 movements. I would have been ok with continuing taking the product for the suggested amount of time, but my bottom was really sore and I had to stop. I did, however, cut the dosage in half the following night, but nothing happened the next day.

Also, this product is complicated to take, due to the fact that I take certain medications and supplements at bedtime, which I am not supposed to take at the same time with this product. I tried altering my medication/vitamin regimen to accommodate taking this product at bedtime, but that was too much trouble.

Dr. Group, I know you are talking about this product on the air right now with Alex. If you see this review, what would you recommend? The product is still sitting on my shelf.
