Bought two five litres of ronseal fence paint colour slate from b and q started of as slate them it changed colour and customer services do not even reply stay away from any ronseal products

I bought the ronseal pump sprayer for £28.Don't buy unless you only have a couple of panels to do. I used the sprayer on 4 panels and everything was good and quick. But after about the 4 or 5 panel the filter in the sprayer keeped blocking up.The more I carried on use it the quicker it block until I had enough and fished the rest of my panels by brush.

I have bought 2 tins of the ronseal cupboard paint do do my kitchen it's the worse paint I have ever bought it dries up streaky and you can see the roller marks through it. And they have had three coats know and yet the bottom cupboards we used wilkos own make cupboard paint and they only took 1coat and they are perfect so I have decided to change the colour on the top and get a tin of wilkos paint for the top will never buy or recommend ronseal paint it's rubbish utter waste of money and 3days of labour disappointed

I brought the ronseal mould paint which is ment to last up to 6 years I done my son's bedroom in this paint where the mould was thinking it would work few months down the line I end up with mould in his bedroom again so it doesn't work in my eyes I spent abit of money on this paint for it not to work now I'm thinking what was the point in wasting my money on something that doesn't work I'm not happy about this paint at all it's a false add it doesn't do what it says it does.

Bought a tin of ronseal One Coat Tile paint in High Gloss white from Wickes in Beverley yesterday. Hoping to paint over very light grey tiles. Followed all the instructions regarding cleaning prior to painting. Stirred the paint as per the instructions but thinking it was very thin and watery. Painted one tile with a brush and just looked as if I'd painted it with water. No coverage whatsoever. Returned to Wickes today and received a full refund. Will not be using this tile paint again

Wow can I just say what great customer service. I complained about one coat. Which seemingly was not for our type of wood on our garage(our fault) and costumer service was amazing! Can't fault it at all

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH !!! ONE COAT TIMBER CARE WASHES OFF IN RAIN 3 DAYS AFTER PAINTING .
ON NO ACCOUNT BUY THIS PRODUCT.THE CHEAP STUFF FROM B & M AT LEAST STAYS ON THE FENCE AFTER DRYING. RONSEAL USED TO BE A QUALITY PRODUCT BUT OBVIOUSLY ARE CUTTING CORNERS AND I SEE FROM THESE REVIEWS MANY OTHER BUYERS SHARE MY OPINION.I ALSO SEE THAT THERE IS NO POINT IN COMPLAINING BECAUSE IT WILL BE A FURTHER WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.LET THEM KNOW THROUGH THEIR BALANCE SHEETS BUY ELSEWHERE.

Ronseal decking oil is rubbish and does not do what it says on the can. Now it gets worse as need to strip this garbage so bought at great expense Ronseal deck stain remover as recommended by them and you guessed it ??? RUBBISH.

It is a disgrace that a once quality brand is now of pound shop quality AVOID.

Bought Ron seal one coat cupboard paint what a disaster, this paint is the worst i have ever used. In my opinion this should be removed from the market place or at least re-named 4 coat or more paint and point out it is difficult to use. I complained to Ron seal which they have ignored no reply what so ever and still getting away with a description of their product which is totally untrue. I would advise anyone thinking of buying this paint to think again, don't waste your money you will regret it
