"Great buy & great customer service."

Bought a watch and the tracker wasn't working so i emailed them immediately and they responded within the same day and explain it's because it was bank holiday the delivery will be resume the next day. Received the watch via Royal Mail in less than 2 working days and the package is well wrapped with bubble wraps. The watch is authentic, model no. engraved at the back of the watch with legit label and serial no. attached to the watch. I'm pretty sure I'll buy again from this website.

Watch received in good time, despite the current situation with Covid 19. They answered my question quickly, and said would I like to wait or cancel the order. I was happy to wait, and just wanted reassurance that the order was okay, and there were no issues. Would recommend this company

"Watch for Grandson's 18th Birthday"

We purchased a watch for our grandson's 18th birthday but left it a bit late to do so. The watch arrived on time via Royal Mail tracking and is a great product at a competitive price. What really impressed me was that when I made an enquiry one evening as to the progress of dispatch of the item I received an immediate reply at around 22.50 hours. Now that is customer service and well done all. I will certainly use you again.

"I understand during this time delivery…"

I understand during this time delivery may be slow but there was nothing on their website to say dispatch times were any different or slower. I ordered a watch and asked when it would be dispatched 3 days later, to be told "sorry due to covid were running 2 weeks behind" I replied saying as much as I understood that would my order be with by 7th May as that would be when I needed it for a 21st birthday present. I was told my order would be priority and yes they can guarantee it would arrive by then. That was 6 days ago and it still hasn't been dispatched, and every email since says the same thing " hello yes we have prioritised your item". Its clearly not going to arrive in time and the level of repeating the same generic answer and basically lying has really annoyed me UPDATE: 6TH MAY 2020 :Still no advice on if the watch has even been dispatched, same emails saying " I will ask warehouse, allow 24 hrs" no answer to my question.... Will update again
