"Insightful 3 day course"

I found the 3 day training course very insightful and interesting hearing about all the mental health conditions, causes and statistics. The course is not to be taken lightly as it is a heavy topic of which you'd expect but it is good to talk about the reality of mental health as it is a very important topic in todays society and in the workplace.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of rich and useful examples to bring the training to life and put it into context more. I liked the fact that we had self-directed study/learning to take time out to research and learn things through different medias; such as watching films, reading books, internet etc.

The only developmental feedback I'd give on the trainer's delivery style would be that I picked up on the phrase 'stuff like that' was used a few times when giving some examples. I have been in the L&D sector for over 10 years now and was always told to avoid that phrase as to some delegates they may not know what that exactly means. Furthermore I couldn't help picking up on the word 'er' being used numerous times - this is just a gap filler!
