The whole course was great from start to finish. Content was great and delivered at the right pace. Michelle was brilliant and handled a room full of trainers in a great way. She managed to keep us all engaged and stopped unnecessary stories (trainers like to be heard)!

As a highly regarded First Aid Citizen who has decades of training and experience. I attended an Emergency First Aid Training Course but the Trainer Russell Hicks (Ringwood Library, Hampshire is where the Course was done) was in my professional opinion heartless, nasty, disrespectful, unfriendly and incompetent. Russell told me he works for Nuco Training Ltd in Cornwall. He may have lied to me but I am not qualified to challenge otherwise. So please can Nuco Training Ltd track down the Emergency First Aid Trainer and clarify if the Company Nuco Training Ltd is correct or otherwise as you are in a far better position to me as a Royal Navy Veteran and Pensioner.
