The instructor, Danniella Yeo, has exceptionally good knowledge on, and enthusiasm towards the subject of 1st Aid. Dannielle made it very welcoming and strongly encouraged and promoted participation.
This was a three day course for me, and, although I found it to be very in depth and tiring, it has improved my confidence whilst giving me further inspiration to deliver 1st Aid Training to others.
