Darren Coombs delivered his course at the right level for the learners. He explained all we needed to know in simples terms. He was approachable, firm but fair all the way through the delivery. He was understanding and listeners well to the learners concerns and gave good guidance and feedback.
Very happy with the whole outcome and will recommend NUCO to other learners.
