Fantastic Lead Trainer!!!! He knew the content of what he needed to deliver off the back of his hand. He was very detailed when answering any questions we had and was just overall a very nice and friendly instructor.

Michelle (trainer) was friendly and welcoming. She was direct and i loved that, no messing about but at the same made it enjoyable.
I really enjoyed the week and was very excited to get going when i had been told i had passed. There is alot of work to do but all worth it in the end.
