We had a really bad experience with the company. We got a proofreader who didn't check any quoted material (from interviews) and made inumerous questions without proposing solutions. We had submitted five papers before and we didn't have this experience. We contacted them to check a solution for all these issues. They said requested several documents and they didn't provide any solution. Moreover, they said the only solution was to sent to proofread again and charge for it. Thus, I can say that their customer service is the WORST.
