Patronising tone from female phone agent / customer services. Also debt collection company ACI UK Ltd. setting up your payments appears to be somewhat flawed.
If it’s near your payment date and it’s too late to set up they ask for a card payment and if you don’t do this before the direct debit payment is setup you get another default.
When I explained this I was given no mutual empathetic response. So I simply hung up the phone. Arrangement was confirmed though by email with the instruction to pay first instalment by a card payment.

"Aci harrasment for months, "
Aci first contacted me about a previous debt, at first I ignored. Then they started calling every single day, emails every day, letter in the post. I eventually checked the debt and found I had paid.
I sent an email saying I had paid and they should check this with their client, to which they refused. I sent another email asking them to stop harrasing me, and threatened to charge them for the malicious contact, threats, and worry making my mental health deteriorate and almost 7 months later I'm still receiving daily harrasment from them. So I have issued a charge and given them 7days to pay.
They replied to the email refusing to accept to which i said I gave you many warnings to stop harrasing me, delete my data from your server and leave me alone and now iv issued the charge and begining to sought legal action.
Aci uk, perch capital or whoever you are you are harrasing scum and need to learn to make sure you have the correct information. When SOMEONE SAYS 'STOP' IT MEANS STOP.
I'm a disabled vulnerable person with a vulnerable disabled child, listen to people dont threaten.
