The package arrived very quickly - much quicker than I expected, the backpacks inside look ok (haven't yet handed them to the kids). My previous experience with the company was also good - when our first backpack's trim line failed, we were immediately sent a replacement that has been with us ever since.
Most importantly - the backpacks wash easily and colors don't fade.
