My order was processed immediately I recieved an e-mail regarding the order and then the date that the purchase will arrive. The only thing that didn't work as promised - but was corrected immediately via e-mail - was the 10% reduction on the price for my first purchase after registration. So I am pleased in general. Thank you.

Bought a new change bag for impending arrival. Haven't used it in anger yet. Appears well made with lots of neat design touches. Shouldn't have been delivered for nearly 3 weeks due to stock but it appeared the next but one day. Bonus. Previous bag lasted nearly 3 years and was on it's last legs, hope this one stands up to the test of time just as well.

This bag is so cute but tiny (proportionate for a 1 year old). Able to hold a favourite toy and bottle I’d say. The reign is very helpful and so is the chest clip. Great design!
