"Halskette aus Retouren-Paket entwendet worden, Blush fordert trotzdem Bezahlung"
Ich habe im Juli 2024 eine rosegoldene Halskette bestellt. Diese wurde schnell geliefert. Die Kette wurde von mir retourniert und ich habe von Blush eine E-Mail erhalten, dass die Ware nicht im versendeten Paket war und ob ich es mir anders überlegt hätte und die Kette noch in meinem Besitz sei. Nach einer Antwort-Mail, dass ich die Ware ordnungsmäßig versendet hätte, habe ich den Vorfall Klarna gemeldet. Klarna hat mir nun mitgeteilt, das Bush wegen einer nicht korrekten Retour nach Ihren Geschäftsbedingungen die Retour ablehnt und ich die Ware, die ich ja nicht mehr habe bezahlen soll. Bluse hat sich seit 2 Wochen nicht mehr zu dem Fall gemeldet. Ich habe jetzt erneut mit Klarna telefoniert um die Forderung auszusetzen und eine weitere Mail an Blush gesendet. Wenn es nicht zu einer positiven Einigung kommt, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Ordered a couple times. Christmas 2020 got my order and they were good.
Ordered some more rings April 2021 and never got my order. End of May I emailed them and they said rings were back ordered. Now I have emailed them a bunch of times and nothing. Total scam.

"Tarnishes quickly"
I ordered a ring set back in Feb 2021 and am just getting around to writing a review. Ordered all three rings. Received the free gift. Everything was going great, then I noticed after 1 week of wearing these rings, they started tarnishing. The quality is terrible. I will never buy from them again.

"Ghosted"
I ordered some rings from blush and bar last spring and really liked them! Customer service was easy to work with and replaced the wrong sized ring quickly. Flash forward to July and one of the rings I purchased starting tarnishing. I sent in pics and customer service assured me a new ring would be sent out soon. I have not heard from the company since July and emails, texts, and FB messages have gone unanswered! Something is wrong with this company!!

**Update**
I checked the website today (November 21, 2021) and the website is down but not completely gone. The Facebook site is still active and appears to be monitored. Still no response to emails.
Is this a scam or is this the result of Covid? Either way, a lot of customers are very angry and would like some answers.

Something is going very wrong with this company right now and I am unsure what it is.
I ordered a Sasha Sparkle ring back in April and it arrived quickly enough. I wore it frequently but then one day the largest stone fell out. I emailed and asked if it was covered under the warranty and was told that it was and once I provided a picture of the ring with the missing stone, they could send me a replacement. I did so and was assured that my replacement would be sent out shortly. As it stands, I am out around $60 since my ring broke.
That was two months ago. I'm still waiting and no response to any emails I've sent. The website has no way to contact anyone. The phone number is offline. The emails are not responded to. The facebook page has not been updated since August.
Something has gone terribly wrong with this company. I don't know if this is bankruptcy or the owners got sick or what but this is beyond abnormal.

This company received my return July 16th 2021. They have still not credited me my refund money it is now September the 13th 2021 they do not reply to any emails or response and their phone number is no longer in service this is the worst company ever I am still waiting for my $50 refund after 3 months

This company is BEYOND unprofessional. I have been missing an order for MONTHS now and have been trying to reach this company with no success. I have been writing comments on their site which they clearly see because they are deleting them. I have not been in contact with anyone from this site. THIS IS A SCAM! Please do not purchase from them
