Originally I gave this site a poor rating because the quality of the product was not very good. However, after contacting their customer service they were very accepting of their mistakes and gave me a full refund! The best and easiest flowing customer service I’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend that you buy from this website because if you’re not satisfied they will gladly make sure you are! The rings that came packaged correctly were beautiful and looked great!

mail. Ring Ordered size 7, RING sent size 5. This was an error on Blush and Bar's part. Many email exchanges.

"Many Mistakes with Distribution Warehouse in China"

UPDATE: I still have not received my refund. It was agreed that I could return the rings COD, so that I would not have to pay for shipping for items that were sent as a mistake multiple times by the company. I just received a call from UPS that my package with the the returns was sent back because UPS could not collect payment from Blush and Bar returns. Now I have to deal with sending them again due to multiple errors on the company's part. What a horrible experience, totally not worth the jewelry. I have yet to talk to an actual person from their company. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had with any company.

I originally placed an order for 3 rose gold rings in September. The size was incorrect, despite ordering the correct size and the company was very accommodating with exchanging the rings for a different size. I received the replacement rings, but they all were yellow gold instead of rose gold and was shorted a ring. I received two instead of three rings as originally ordered. They sent me another replacement order and I received the wrong style ring, but received the correct amount of rings this time. Now we are into December, I have received 2 incorrect orders and still don't have the original rings I ordered. At this point, I don't even want the rings anymore because it has been a lot of going back and forth, returning and waiting quite a bit for shipments from China. I requested a refund and was told that I will receive it once they receive all of the rings. The customer service was excellent, Emily has been great throughout all of this.

I have large fingers, and I ordered some rings in size 11. I was hesitant thinking they might look silly, but I love them all! I received a free gift without order which was the most beautiful little pair of heart-shaped earrings, they were almost better than my original order :-)

I ordered three of the opal rings, one for each my mom, sister, and I as a Christmas gift and a symbol we were always together even though we've moved far apart. The rings are beautiful, the opals so iridescent, and the sizes fit each of us exactly as measured. The metal is sturdy and doesn't bend like some rings I've bought at stores in the past. I would definitely recommend Blush and Bar for pretty, dainty, and high-quality pieces.

In addition, their customer service is amazing and when I noticed one stone missing from one of my rings they were on top of it and sent a replacement immediately.

I bought 3 rings from the site and fell absolutely in love! One fits perfectly with my engagement ring (which has been a struggle to find without custom ordering) and the other 2 I use as stackable wedding rings on occasion. Cute styles, affordable, good quality. I highly recommend. Also, I had a small issue and contacted customer service and they helped me right away! It was awesome!
